- Run design reviews with customers and ESA
- Spot integration risks early and get the right people talking
What you bring
- Experience taking a space system, or another regulated product, from requirements to verification
- Working knowledge of ECSS and the judgement to apply it without slowing everyone down
- You chase issues to closure instead of only documenting them
- Enough technical depth to challenge mechanical, electrical and software designs
Nice to have
- MBSE (SysML, Capella or similar)
- ESA projects and reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR)
- Python for automating the repetitive parts
Every role
How we work
Take the initiative
We are a startup. Bring your ideas, and the drive to verify them, even when resources are limited.
Freedom and responsibility
You get a lot of freedom, and the responsibility that comes with it. We cannot afford roles that own one narrow slice of the work, like simulation only.
T-shaped
Broad knowledge across the whole system, deep in one or two domains.
AI tools, used well
We use AI tools every day, in a structured, guided and verifiable way. We like people who already work like that.
We offer an employee stock option plan (ESOP) as an option.
